Petition against Master Plan Amendment and Country Road/Kingsmill Rezoning Effort

A proposal is currently with the James City County Planning Division to rezone the Woods Course and a portion of the Country Road Corridor from recreational use to residential use.  The rezoning would permit the development of up to 105 single-family detached lots.
