the rights of ordinary players to return chests to milestones removing almost all the free rewards and cosmetic items (skins, chests) from RIOT GAMES has left ordinary players who don't want to spend money on their game unable to receive chests anymore, as some people, I apologize for saying, crave more money.
Riot should bring back free hextech chests, because that way f2p players could get ingame cosmetics for a much more humane way instead of being pushed into 1 granted and 1 low-cost skin from battle pass. At least return hextech chests for third mastery milestone
