Please sign and share this petition in an effort to get the woman held accountable for throwing her poor dog into the garbage chute because she was frustrated with it. As a result, the poor animal was so injured that it had to be humanely euthanized; yet the owner has not fully been charged.
A neighbor found a poor little dog crying when she went to the trash compactor and called authorities. As it turned out, it was tossed down a garbage chute. The dog could not walk and had to be rushed to a nearby vet where the animal had to be put out of its misery.
When the owner of the dog was questioned, she just stated “He made me miserable, I have pain.” Although police spoke with her, she was later released. Prior to the incident, neighbors said they had seen the dog waiting in front of the owner’s fourth-floor apartment door earlier in the day.
Soon afterwards, a neighbor named Lisa stated that “She went to throw out the garbage and she heard the dog crying. I ran to housing and got (them) to open up where the (compactors) are because the door was locked.” She said she found the dog bleeding in the bottom of the trash compactor. “It was bleeding. It was still crying."
This woman who ranted that the dog was making her miserable needs to be held fully accountable for what she did to the animal that relied on her for its life and care! Brooklyn Law Enforcement - Ensure that you severely punish the woman who thought it was acceptable to throw her dog into a trash compactor just because the dog was making her miserable. This is so horrifying for that poor dog who suffered tremendously and had to be euthanized due to this woman's poor decision, neglect and animal abuse. Put her in jail where she belongs and impose severe fines! Gain justice for the poor dog who relied on this woman for its love and care; only to lose its life by her!!
