Opening of Wine Hbr. Road and Port Hilford Road for ATV access

We have received a great trail from Sherbrooke to Sonora or Wine Hbr. road which we thought would connect the whole area together from Sherbrooke to Indian Hbr. Lake and all places in between.We thought we could drive on shoulder of road to get from trail to trail.This week we were told by DNR officers this is illegal,so in reality the new trail is useless to the whole area.We the under signed want our municipal government to open this immediately.
