Demand FREE SPAY/NEUTER BY THE GOVERNMENT!!

Tell the U.S. Government to demand thst all Cats and Dogs be neutered by the age of two. Tell them they need to have a FREE SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM IN EVERY STATE. This will help with the over population of these animals, animal cruelty and not as many animals being euthanasied on a daily basis. There are to many animals being abused and killed for no reason at all. Please sign for below for all animals!!!
