We need to demand to stop the abandonedment and staving dogs in Russellville Alabama

When I moved here to Russellville Alabama two years ago.i encountered my worse fear.the way people treat these beautiful animals is so appalling and cruel. These dogs are being starved to death and no matter what I do nobody will step in and help these beautiful animals. I'm on a fixed income and I do whatever I can to feed them even if it means going without my self.i took so many of these beautiful animals into my home to help them.there has to be someone out there that feels the same way I do.these animals need are help.i want the governor of Alabama to step up and make stronger animal laws.so people dont bring home these beautiful animals for a short time and then just abandon them on the streets.to fend for them self. I want the abandonment and staving to stop.i need your voice to help me make this stop....be a strong voice and demand it to stop.my heart breaks all the time for them.
