%uFFFDChild-support plan hits record%uFFFD, The
Associated Press.
Gov. Rod Blagojevich was quoted %uFFFD We%uFFFDre
turning Illinois into a state that is making deadbeat
parents pay their child support%uFFFD.
The article stated the state used to be known as the
worst in the nation for child support enforcement per
Illinois Healthcare and Family Services director Barry
Maram. But because of programs such as the one that
helped Harris, (the woman mentioned in the article),
the National Child Support Enforcement Association
recently named the state the most improved in the
nation for 2006.
I am a live -long resident of Illinois and for the
past 12 years I have tried to get child support. I
went to the state for help--- years ago. Despite
what is being said in this article, regarding
collection of payments in Illinois of being at an all
time high, I dispute.
I have exhausted all possibilities and avenues of
tracking my child%uFFFDs father to find him and
bring him to realize that his child needs financial
support, medical care and contact with her father to
show that he has interest in her well being.
I have taken upon myself through direction of the
State agency to locate this man along with name,
address, phone number, his company place of business,
address and phone number and to no avail the State of
Illinois continues to neglect their response for
collection of past and current child support.
I have also contacted the consulates of Austria,
Germany, Turkey and Spain where my child%uFFFDs
father has had residence in the last four years asking
for their help in this matter. I have had two
countries, Germany and Austria state that I need an
attorney, an expert in European Law and specifically
Germany Law to fight this case. Now in Oct of 2007 he opened a web site
in Turkish WWW.AyhanDoyuk.com.tr
Please go back on the states records and the ones where he came to USA
many times to visit and we went to the EPA office
in the Federal building in Chicago together and signed
in to bring our formula there for demo . When I lived
in Cooca Beach see how many times he came to visit his
children. The web site below is the new one . He will
run now to Turkey where they are not good at helping collect child support money.

This is the only explanation and advises I have been
given!
I am currently on welfare in the State of Illinois,
unemployed and receive child support from Illinois.
I have no money to hire an attorney for rights and
support of my child. Yet I cannot pursue this mission
without additional help whether from State or Federal
level.
I need advise, help and direction soon to get this
matter cleared. The problem is not going away and
assistance is needed at all levels.
The father of my child promotes himself as a highly
successful businessman, humanitarian, formulator of
environmental products with ability to help all
mankind but he does not help his own flesh and blood.

We contact the offical in Austria justice for children and they informed us in an e-mail that there is an agreement in place between the state of Illinois and Austria.
The people who work for the public aid department in Springfield do not seem to understand this.
I have explain many times this fact . In which they answer that Springfield send out though have failed at times? Absolutely.
Will you occasionally fail when you embark on your own American journey? You surely will. But the test is not perfection. ( That is correct but when will the goverment we put in place be aware of agreements and save the tax payer and the goverment itself money. When !

Then they would take care of the rest.

Beside all of this I am handicapped and have a hard time writing and spelling .

This is what Springfield sent to me over a year ago. And if they look up my record they would of find that I was all ready in there office . In 207 twice . They cant send e-mail it not there fault it is the system fault when will this change .Ms. Welch like I stated in my previous e-mail message, you need to contact the office of the Citizens Counsular Services and see what services they can provide for you. It could prove to be very helpful.
