BAN HEARTSTICK & GASSING in the SOUTH

Please help ban the cruel, painful way of treatment at animal shelters in North & South Carolina and Georgia (esp Robeson County). Dogs and cats are denied basic care and are put to sleep using Heartstick & Gassing (both cause a slow, painful, stressful death). This is banned in most other states and considered to be cruel and inhumane by the Humane Society of US. Let's fight for better laws down South to end animal cruelty. Make 2010 a safer, happier, healthier year for animals!
