Adams County, IN leave people alone who are taking care of their animals even if they have a few too many according to your law.

They have a pretty limited animal care system here in this county. They do not take owner surrenders, so people just dump their animals. The shelter is not no kill. Then to top it all off they have a LAW that people can't have, over 4 animals, I believe it is. So people with multiple animals, EVEN IF THEY ARE BEING taken care, that get reported get threatened with fines and evictions and all kinds of things if they don't "get rid" of their animals. I want to get so many signatures on this petition that they leave the animal lovers of Adams County IN alone that are taking care of their animals. Because many of them have no where to go!
