We believe that Tommy Chong is not a criminal and should be freed from prison. The only reason he was arrested is because he chose to use the word "bong" instead of "water pipe". This is no reason to be put in such a horrible place as a prison. He is a good, honest man. Besides, medical marijuana is legal in california therefore it shouldn't matter what he calls them.
