Stop the Inequality in China's Schools!

The state of rural schools has become a national concern in China, where it is so below standard that it has begun to endanger the lives of the young students. Public schools in rural China are horribly underfunded in comparison to the schools in metropolitan areas.
At least 38 deaths have recently been reported as a result of the poor working condition of public school transportation.
Currently, there are laws being considered by Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, which would give school transport the right-of-way over other vehicles. However, that is not enough.
Tell Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao and President Hu Jintao that it is crucial that they allocate more funding toward education, as well as educational facilities. In doing so, they are investing in their future, and even literally saving lives.
Dear Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, and President Hu Jintao,
I am writing to express my deep concern for China's underfunded educational facilities and resources in rural areas of China in light of the recent string of fatal accidents involving school buses.
The inequality of funding and treatment between metropolitan schools and rural schools has become very apparent to the national and international community.

I applaud your intention to create more safety laws and bring the standard of school transportation up to par. However, I would also like to suggest that more funding be allocated toward education to not only to further prevent tragic events like the accidents from happening, but also to give all of China's students the equal opportunity to have good quality education and educational facilities.
I urge you to allocate more funding toward the education system and close the gap of inequality between metropolitan schools and rural schools. In giving China's education system more priority, you are investing in China's future and even literally saving lives.
The Chinese government must not neglect rural schools as in the past, else the results are hazardous.
Sincerely,
