Stop killing cats and dogs in Bulgaria!!!

Cats and dogs arre still killed in Bulgaria, kill shelters are out of time, every pet deserves a real chance to be adopted, and if it´s in another European country, like Germany, so please change the kill shelters to humane no-kill shelters!!!
