Help Jayden Evans get his bungalow!

Jayden has many complex needs such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, blind, peg fed, this is just a range off problems for Jayden. We are current in a standard home which is not suitable for Jayden's needs and isn't safe for his mum to carry up and down the stairs every day due to recovering from cancer she has weak bones and gets tired easier, please help
