No Confidence in Superintendent McLaughlin

Superintendent McLaughlin needs to be held accountable for his actions and inactions, with the most recent personal based decision of not renewing the contract of the Principal of Union Street School. She and her family are vested members of our community. His decisions are not in the best interest of the staff, students, families of students, or the community. He does not respond to parental/guardian calls or emails, and does not address important issues, not in a timely manner,  but not at all. He does not keep parents/guardians informed of what has happened at one or all of our schools until a much later time. He needs to see that we want more for our community, not less. 

We, as parents and residents of Springfield, VT not ask, but DEMAND that his resignation be requested by the School Board.
