Dear HOA Board,
Our community in Boca Grove has experienced a notable increase in petty traffic citations, leading to significant fines. As residents who invest in our premium living environment, we trust that security personnel prioritize our safety while maintaining the tranquility of our daily lives.
We find the current focus on punitive fines for minor infractions to be disproportionate and counterproductive. Minor speeding, rolling stops, inconvenient scooter parking, walking on the streets,etc. do not pose substantial threats to our community's safety.
Therefore, we respectfully urge our security team to refocus on core responsibilities, such as improving check-in efficiency, and preventing break-ins, rather than overly regulating our driving and walking behaviors. We suggest limiting traffic law enforcement to clear and egregious violations, such as excessive speeding.
Implementing this adjustment will foster a more harmonious living environment in Boca Grove, where security measures must always be balanced with residents' quality of life.
