FAMILY SPARED JAIL FOR ALLOWING 8 PUPPIES TO STARVE TO DEATH

Sam Hessin, 39, and her two children, Damon, 22, and Hazel, 18, were spared jail after allowing eight six-month old puppies to starve to death.  The puppies died in the worse possible circumstances after the family barricaded them in a room in their home.  This family should have received jail time,  It is about time the UK started treating animal cruelty cases more harshly.  These poor defensive creatures cannot speak for themselves.  Demand that this family and any others like them pay for their actions to the fullest extent of the law!
