NEED HELP My sons trial was not fair hes been sentenced to 56yrs in prison hes only 22 yrs old

This trial was result of the victim being long time friends with the prosecutor,hes an attorney that has worked in this court district for many years and is a personel friend of the prosecutor,i knew he would not get a fair trial here ,what he did was wrong ,but this is not right there was other people involed which the victim only testifed at my sons trial not the other one got 5yrs probation and the other got 120days shockplus there was other people involed that never received anything,my sons no angel but he does not deserve this ,he didnt kill anyone he committed a few burglaries due to his heroin addiction he also has r/o bipolar mood disorders,learning and behavior problems which he has never received any help for, because the court stated i was just making excuses for him and ignored me ,i had him evaluated by a behavioral specialist in 2010 and showed then the results ,they said it was to old he didnt cure himself i couldnt get him help because they kept putting him in jail for using heroin ,they could have tried to help him ,he was order by a judge in 2010 at my request for dual diagnosis ,the jugde order his probation office to send him to pathways that didnt happen either instead he put him in jail for using heroin ,they could have helped him they didnt want to its easyer to put them in jail then help them ,im appealing his case which at first i was told we couldnt but have found out that we can so i need all the help and advice i can get , you have no idea how hard it is to here my son ask to just please mom and dad be alive when i get out im sorry . he doesnt deserve this much time for what he done and if they would have tried to help him in2010 we may not be in this place right now if u have any question or advice please contact me thank you cindy he should have never went to court in this district.my sons troubles started when he lost his daughter at childbirth thats when he got on the drugs prison isnt going to help him ,theres to many drugs in our prisons ,he needs counseling and rehab.not prison the update for feb 17/14 was in the past i feel if they had not ignored his court order he mite have got the help he needed and wouldnt be where he is today what gave his probation officers the rite to ignore his court order that wasnt his choice to make ,the only answer i got was he was more worried about his heroin addiction then his mental health whats wrong with the world today that no one wants to help these kids just throw them away and forget about them this is so unfair plz leave comments if u sign it will help thank u cindy please help me get my son a new trial in a different district thank you !!!
