Amanda Cottingham, owner of the Barn at Bay Horse Inn, would like your support in rezoning her personal property located at 1464 West Stones Crossing Road from residential to commercial. With the development of 100 acres directly across the street from her personal home she is exploring having this property converted into a small boutique hotel that would be designed with rustic influences to coordinate with the Barn at Bay Horse Inn and surrounding area. This lodge-like hotel would service clients and guests, of the Barn venue, as well as residents and local businesses in the area. The parcel, under consideration, is approximately 6 acres and is located on Stones Crossing and Galena Drive next to the Barn at Bay Horse Inn. A walking path will connect the two.
