Demand stronger laws on animal abuse!

It is a scientific fact that people who abuse animals are more then likely to abuse children and other minors. We want more rights for the animals that are people as well. We are appalled at how some animals are treated and how little the government is doing about it. We want any form of animal abuse to be charged with huge fines, and have tighter laws about neglect.
