Demand of fundamental family rights protected by the constitution and against corupt counties

My son was kidnapped by Missouri I live in Kansas I have been at mercy of courts who are as a whole commiting organized crime to railroad me and make it as if I am an unfit parent with absolutely no evidence at all to support the claim . I know I'm not alone I had 50 50 physical and legal custody when my son was taken from mom for alleged neglect but me I've done nothing and that is established fact but yet the courts they continue to disregard constitutional rights which are quarented under my constitution...
