Make Animal Abuse a Felony In Nevada

Please make ANIMAL ABUSE AND MURDER A FELONY!! There are many reasons we should make this a felony.. First one being that abusing defenseless animals is a horrible tragedy!! Dogs, cats and all animals do not deserve to be burned, beaten or any type of torture. They give us love and many people return their love with beating them, burning them and several other ways of torture. They DO NOT deserve it!! Second reason is it is a fact that people who abuse and kill animals eventually start abusing and killing humans. If we make this a felony, abuse and torture of animals will go way down. People who create these horrible acts deserve to be in prison.. We as humans need to take a stand and say this is wrong and it needs to stop!! We the people demand justice for these innocent souls!!
