Seek out and Prosecute Perpetrator That Destroyed Two Dogs

Workers at Brady's Run County Park in Beaver Falls, Penn. made a horrible discovery upon coming across the deceased bodies of two dogs on November 5 with their heads smashed. It's unacceptable for whoever did this to walk away with a gentle fine slap to the wrist.
