Please save Mussie Eyob

Your Majesty King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz, We write to you seeking favor in your kind heart. An Eritrean man by the name Mussie Eyob was arrested on February 12, at Haya Roda area preaching in front of a mosque. He was sentenced to death and has been transferred to a maximum-security prison awaiting his execution. Your majesty we understand the concern of the Saudi family and the Saudi people in this particular issue.
Your majesty we ask you to look back in history and think about the time when Muslims were being persecuted and when King Negash of Abyssinia gave refuge to Muslims. This young man comes from Eritrea, which was part of Abyssinia during King Negash's reign. Your majesty we beg you to extend the hand King Negash extended to the Muslims to this young man.

Your majesty, we also appeal to you on the grounds of Saudi's commitment to international law. Your majesty the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that has attained the status of Customary International Law requires Saudi to respect freedom of religion of individuals. Your majesty with all due respect you know that Mohammed was a revolutionary in his time. You know if he was not allowed to practice his religion freely man would have limited the work of Allah. Allah is powerful and thought us to respect and tolerate each other. Your majesty, imagine if we all Christian countries were to kill Muslims for practicing their faith, imagine how ugly the world would be. Do not we have enough natural hazards that are taking lives of young men and women? Your majesty, in the name of Allah the merciful we beg you to spare the life of Mussie Eyob.
