Save the Leatherback Sea Turtles NOW!

Dear Mayor Stimpon,

We are second graders at Mary B. Austin. We have been working on a project for our class. We found that the Leatherback Sea Turtles migrate though Mobile and they are an endangered species. We would like to help the Leatherback Sea Turtle before they become extinct.

We have an idea to help this species. We would like to make people in our area aware of the Leatherback Sea Turtles by having a day to recognize this endangered species. We would like to keep this turtle from becoming extinct. Please help us make this happen! Help us save this amazing animal!
