Reconsider the suspension of artificial snow used for movie business

The City of North Bay has suspended the use of Phos-Chek. This substance is considered a benign product and has been thoroughly tested. The suspension of this substance will have a major negative economic effect on the City of North Bay as many productions have been planned that will possibly move to other locations in Northern Ontario.
