Justice for Bengal Tiger Killed in Mexican Circus

One of two circus tigers attacked and killed its trainer during a performance at Circo Suarez in Sonora, Mexico. One was beaten to death, and the whereabouts of the other is unknown.

Tigers do not belong in circuses, living in captivity in small cages being trained to perform tricks for public entertainment. No tiger should have been sacrificed, as the species is critically endangered.

We ask that the remaining tiger be sent to a sanctuary, and that Mexico ban circuses exploiting exotic, endangered animals.
