We need your community support! Please urge our city leaders to work with us so we can prosper just the way we are!

We set the stage for growth in downtown Delray. Now that the area is thriving, the arts are under attack.

If you want the shows to go on, please come to the City Commission Meeting on Tues. 2/16, 6pm at City Hall
 (1000 NW 1st Ave. Delray Beach). The future of Arts Garage will be discussed at this meeting. Please come share why Arts Garage should stay the way it is!

As we get ready to celebrate our 5 year anniversary of great accomplishments, fantastic programming and important educational outreach programs this April, we are looking at another potential crisis.

When the organization was only two years old, we were tasked with raising $2.5 million dollars to buy this venue in two and a half years on top of soliciting funds for programming and general operating. This challenge proved to be unattainable to us and we may now lose our awesome home.

Please help us convey to Delray Beach Leadership that:
• Arts Garage pumps over $2 million annually into Delray Beach economy!
• Over 75% of Arts Garage patrons come from outside of Delray Beach. If you are one of our visitors, please tell Delray Beach leadership if you eat in our restaurants, stay at our hotels and shop in our stores.
• We want Arts Garage to stay the way it is!!

The Arts Garage leadership could not agree more that “Facts show that having arts in Delray Beach means a stronger local economy,” Mayor Cary Glickstein agreed. “The best user of that space (Arts Garage) is the performing arts center that we are lucky to have there.” Costal Star, April 2013
