Justice for 30 Dead Raglan Cats! ‘NO FLY ZONE’ in Raglan New Zealand.

For the past 15 years cats in Raglan, a small town in Waikato, New Zealand, have mysteriously disappeared and then found dead.  30 have been officially reported, and one family lost 6 cats to the Raglan Ripper.  Members of the community have tried in vain to get Town Officials and Police involved but they have refused to take any action as these are "only cats".  

We call upon cat lovers of the world to support Cats to Stay Army in calling Raglan Sergeant, Raglan Community Board, and Raglan Ward Councillor to take action to identify, arrest, and charge these killers!

Members of the community have reported the identities of the Ripper and his accomplice yet authorities have refused to take any action as these are "only cats". Raglan is not an isolated case as there have been similar cases in other small towns in New Zealand. 
I request for a proper investigation immediately which is fair, balanced and transparent to bring the killers to justice. Until this is done I pledge to stop visiting and spending my money in Raglan and will gather the support of all animal lovers around the world to do the same.

We urgently need your help to sign & share both petitions we have on this issue. Go to www.catstostayarmy.com to sign them. A documentary http://catkiller.loadingdocs.net/ which was premièred on 27th May 2014 at Academy Cinema Auckland, NZ has been taken down. The police say ".. no evidence the cats have been killed inhumanely.." (http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=11262884), but not denying the cats were killed. Don't let the haters win.

We have been alerted by one of the signers the identities of the Raglan Ripper, so we really, really need your help to gather more support for our petition in order for us to force the Raglan authorities to take action. Thank you for signing this petition.We still have some way to go to reach our goal. We have been alerted that similar situation is happening in Dargaville by Ms Johnson, who signed this petition.
