Overtime for farm labors hands

I believe farming is one of the biggest things for our economy for fuel food among so many other things with that being said and being a former farmer myself I easily seen myself working 75 sometime 80 hrs a week I worked enough I had no me life it was all them long hours a day I gave to the farm no time fir kids football games or sporting events for the kids to not have time for our kids at all but yet I've also seen farmer I worked for at the end of a long hot year buy them and there family's $500,000 dollars hunting camp memeships that's not just for one family that's for each family member I've also seen the farmer purchase land leases with there money for 1,000,000 dollars to turn the lands into there personal duck hunting lands while the while the labor hands have to spends countless hours out in the heat and struggle to keep their lights on there familys feed and cloths while you cam work a fast food chain and make time and a half after 40 hrs week and the farmers don't not will not agree that they shouldn't have to pay time and a half it's wrong in every aspect I believe if made to do so that marriages would be saved kids would be more happier in households because there would be more time for the labor hands to spend with there wives and kids I believe that if they were made to do so it would cut work hours it would also eliminate alot of foods naps that people are on it is my strong belief that without the labors there farms would not make it there worker are unappreciated under paid and should be paid rightfully time and a half it's a cruel thing that needs to be stopped and I'm trying to stop it so stand up with me and help the family's with the oay they deseve
