To keep Australia from using the inhumane "jenny collar" to kill donkeys & Goats

In Australia to round up all the goate and donkeys they put a "jenny collar" around a female then let her loose to attract the males then they shoot them from helicopters leaving the bodies to rot.  Donkeys & goats are sociable animals & the collar is painful.  There must be a homing device in the collar.  The Dept. of Assess. must be able to do it more HUMAINELY!!!
