She Stuffed 7 Dead Dogs in 'Caskets Boxes' and 20 More in a Freezer - After She'd Already Been Charged with Animal Cruelty

A horrifying case of animal cruelty has emerged in Middleboro, Massachusetts, where authorities discovered upwards of 27 dead dogs on a woman's property.

Police reported that the woman had procured six "casket boxes" and a large freezer, each holding the remains of multiple dogs - clear signs that this brutal treatment was not an accident, but actually premeditated. Shockingly, this is not the first time she has faced animal cruelty charges; she has a past conviction for similar crimes in Michigan.

How could someone with a known record of abuse be allowed to amass so many animals again? Sign the petition to demand an investigation and to ban her from future animal ownership!

Inside her home, authorities found more than 54 animals. And half of them were dead.

Of the survivors, 17 dogs and two cats crammed into filthy crates in a basement filled with the stench of waste. Some animals were emaciated, struggling to breathe, or completely unresponsive. Two cats were stacked on top of one another in crates, surrounded by empty water and food bowls. In addition to the dogs and cats, authorities also discovered a guinea pig, a turtle, and six horses that were neglected, underweight, and left without regular food or water - saved only by a neighbor who stepped in to feed them.

Adding to the dangers these animals faced, local officials determined the home was also a fire hazard.

In Michigan, she had previously been charged with animal cruelty due to her neglect of 37 dogs. Similarly, she kept those animals shoved into tiny containers and left them with festering medical conditions.

This woman's actions have shown a blatant disregard for the safety and welfare of defenseless creatures. We cannot allow her to own animals ever again.

Sign this petition to demand that Massachusetts authorities permanently ban her, and to call for an investigation into how someone with a history of animal abuse was able to take in so many animals. We must ensure that no more animals suffer or die in her care!
