But rather be given the continuum of care that has been funded by the president of the United States of America Joe Biden and stop this game that’s.being played on Stocktonians and stop the police from nailing these individuals and get to the root of this problem once and for all and let our city be the example to all the city’s in our country to show the people that we do care NOW!!!
