Once the snow melt in March, Melissa Brown, who just purchased her home is February, discovered numerous animal remains. The OSPCA was notified and Alison Cross, Director of Marketing and Communications for the OSPCA said that based on evidence brought forth and their extensive investigation, they saw no grounds to proceed with any charges against the previous owner Debra White.
White was investigated by the OSPCA in 2013 for allegedly neglecting horses. No charges were laid then either. White, cleared twice by the OSPCA, now has more animals.
