We understood from people from Ploiesti, many people...you ordered the dogs from street to be catch and put in shelter. Is nothing wrong here! BUT...The shelter has just 100 places...Dogcatchers bring daily over 10 dogs in the shelter... since you gave the order, over 800 dogs were "vanished" (read KILLED!!) in the public shelter Bucov! Why???? Because you don't respect the law...you have to stop bringing dogs to shelter until you will raise the number of padocs and make the dogs' life better! They are souls, mr mayor...they are innocent souls...they were born because YOU and the mayors before you, DIDN'T INVOLVE IN SPAYING/NEUTER PROGRAMS ! Please STOP NOW THE KILLING OF THE STRAYS AS IT IS ILLEGAL IN THIS COUNTRY and YOU ARE IN THIS COUNTRY AND NEED TO RESPECT THE LAW!
