Changes need to be made for the KTLA morning news Weekend shows.

You need to seriously think of suspend her asap.
This is the MAIN reason why I don't watch the KTLA Morning weekend news or the midday/afternoon news because of mainly liberte.
I was watching the 1pm news cast and her red Christian Louboutin/loupaolos shoes should NEVER be worn on air again.
If anyone is caught wearing any of her dresses, and her Christian Louboutin high heel shoes red and black ones they should face some displincary action. You need to make sure that she needs to change her red christian Louboutin/Loupaolos shoes to appropriate pair of high heel shoes.* I wrote in 3 times about her high heel shoes that i Have been mentioning through my current and past complaints. If she is caught wearing them including her black high heel shoes the same as her red again on air or any of her female colleagues try to wear them they should face suspension or some kind of displincary action. I don't want to see her wear those kind of high heel shoes ever again on air. She looked so unmatched and looked like a stripper going to strip her clothes off. The way she walks on the weather wall like it's some kind of catwalk/runaway. Over the weekend I sent jason a tweet and a picture of liberte with her black dress and red Christian Louboutin/Loupaolos high heel shoes.
Over the weekend I sent Fred a DM and a picture about lynette going live on instagram on the KTLAweekendam and to change the pws and e-mail addresses regarding them NOT having access to those social media pages.
Ask her this Why she wears these inappropriate wardrobe that actually should be worn outside work. Liberte is the main problem and you need to consider removing her from both morning news shows this includes the weekend morning news. I would ban her from volunteering/making appearances to fill in for any of her colleagues on the weekday edition of the KTLA morning news and the weekend morning edition. No more of her getting up at 1:30am to be live out in the field on Fridays mornings for the weekday edition at 4 am or 7am til 11am. It's time you put Liberte on your watch Prime time hours and (Midday/afternoon news casts her original time slot) out in the field permanently. I would start finding her replacment. I would remove her as a meteorologist permanently and I wouldn't even use her as a fill in even as a outfield reporter for the KTLA morning news weekday edition on fridays. Everytime when I write in about Liberte mostly over the weekend or weekdays when she wears all her short dresses , all her strapless dresses, all her alter tops, all her off the shoulder shirts, all her mini skirts, all her plaid mini skirts,all her tank top dresses, all her dresses that show cleavage, all her middift tops, all her skirts that have slits in them and dresses that have slits in them as well along with her high heel shoes Christian Louboutin/Loupaolo red and black high heel shoes, Prada, brown/blackThunderbolts/Lightning bolts, black Fluffy high heel shoes,which you get the picture and actually should be worn outside work. Last Weekend Morning show I wrote in about liberte's short red dress and I wrote in and these weekend morning Executive producers, Producers never make her change her wardrobe or high heel shoes that are inappropriate to be worn on air. For all of the ladies/mainly liberte that are meteorologists, Reporters, fill in anchors, anchors of all news casts beofore anyone goes on air make sure they have appropriate dresses/high heel shoes, suits/shirts and pants,shoes on and they can change before he or she goes on live on air. On saturday, I saw her share a post on the KTLA weekend MOrning am instagram stories from Kacey's instagram stories.
I thought all KTLA social media pages were run by webstaff/writers, Producers, Excutive producers only? FOr all the KTLA news casts and
this includes all the WeekendAM KTLA social media pages FB, Twitter, Instagram? IF she or any of her colleagues are caught trying to post anything on all the ktla weekendam pages than they need to be suspended and reprimanded on the spot no execuses. I have seen posts back to back by liberte and lynette on the insta stories and they both share them this includes dayna too.* Last weekend when liberte posted on the instagram stories with her weather videos and when (lynette did a live stream on the KTLAWeekendAM instagram page.) I thought all KTLA social media pages were posted ONLY by writers/producers, webstaff only? NOT employees like Liberte, LYnette, Dayna, the young guy Millienial Mark mester and the other KTLA reporters from all news shows. They all have their personnal social media pages to interact with their male and female viewers.
You upper management need to change the passwords to all the KTLA social media pages including the KTLA weekend AM pages. They need to stop posting on the KTLA weekend AM pages and need to stop getting away with it. We all know it's them doing it. I sent a Tweet and a link to your VP jason and I sent a DM to fred letting him know.* I Hope they saw that over the weekend.
They have their OWN personal social media to go live stream, share, on and post stuff on for their viewers. They need to leave the KTLA to you the UPPER management/Producers, Executive producers, post on those social media sites. They all need to face some kind of suspension disciplinary action. A production meeting or a one on one meeting with all 4 of them sharing and even posting on the KTLAweekendam instagram pages, Twitter, FB because it's actually been back to to back. I know it's liberte shared instastories from kacey's insta stories and posted it on the KTLAWeekendam instagram insta stories.
If they are caught posting on all KTLA social media pages including the KTLA weekendam social media pages this includes going live on FB, instagram they should be reprimanded this includes liberte as well.
They need to give up the PWs and e-mails to the KTLA weekendam pages to you the upper management team. You upper management team need to change the pws and e-mail addresses to all of the official KTLA social media pages which includes he KTLAweekendam social media pages, twitter, FB, instagram. I sent a DM to fred with a picture of lynette on instagram live stream and to the prime time director todd as well with picture of lynette. And with liberte posting on the insta stories as well with her weather videos.If they are caught posting, going on live stream to talk to viewers on FB, Instagram or answer on Twitter on the KTLAweekendam pages they need to be suspended and face disciplinary action especially lynette and liberte. The days liberte has to work she better be wearing appropriate wardrobe and high heel shoes. Last weekend when I wrote in to complain about Liberte's as usual and try to get these Weekend Morning Executive producers, Producers to make her change her red and black tank top dress and that was way too inappropriate to be worn on air as a viewer.
I am embarrassed that you have someone like her that dresses like a sl*t and looks like she is gonna go work I hope that I NEVER see that dress or any other dresses I have mentioned ever again be worn on air. Maybe liberte and her colleagues should think on what they post on instagram and their social media towards the haters/trolls before they spit out their posts or what they say on air about them.* You should seriously ask her does she wear her sl*tty outfits on purpose to gain attention? Sympathy? To gain contoversy? To gain national attention? Maybe someone should tell her to go look in the mirror and get over herself. She isn't that beautiful. You need to have a one on one conversation after today's morning show. It's time you replace her with someone else for the weekend morning news shows including the weekday edition.IF she tries to sneek past you upper big bosses with any dresses that I mentioned above and the one she had worn last weekend shows. liberte but the weather wall isn't a catwalk or runaway, liberte acts as if she's middle of a photoshoot and just wants to stand pretty in front of the camera. Liberte cannot discuss this matter to whine or complain when she does cause's controversy to her male or female viewers, colleagues to gain sympathy, attention, on air or off air, or even through texting her friends or colleagues, especially on her social media and her blog , making bullying comments, Making jokes that are brought on by her male or female viewers, colleagues that are known to do that on air off air. It's time you consider removing her from both morning news shows this includes the weekend morning edition and it's time you consider putting her on your watch prime time hours on weekends out in the field and F-T the days she works permanently no more of her getting up at 1:30 am to be live out in the field on Friday morning at 4 am. No More working the WeekDay Edition of the KTLA morning news or the weekend MOrning shows. Even Last month or so ago when she wore her (new prada brown/black Thunderbolts/lightening bolts high heel shoes) that were way too inappropriate and the dress she had worn on air.
It's time you consider removing her from both morning news shows line up permanently. Since liberte doesn't wanna do her job all she wants to do is complain, whine, and get sympathy and cause a whole bunch of controversy, gaining attention from her colleagues, male and female viewers on her social media pages. For now on No MORE of her getting up at 1:30 am and to be live at 4 am out in the field for the entire Weekday edition morning show til it ends at 11am on Fridays and til it goes to the midday/afternoon shows. Liberte is the Main problem from both morning news shows.
IT's time you consider to put her on your watch prime time news on weekdays and weekends at night F-Tuesdaynights and midday/afternoon time slots permanently. Liberte is actually the main problem and you 2 upper management bosses need to consider long and hard to remove her from both morning news shows this includes weekend morning edition.
My mom and dad always have said this if she can't do the her job than liberte shouldn't even be apart of the weekday edition of the ktla morning news shows this includes the weekend morning edition when being a so called meteorologist. I was just on instagram stories and she and her colleagues should actually feel so damn embarrassed about wanting to show how to bump eachother she acted like a stripper getting ready to strip off her clothes. The young Millienial guy Mark Mester should of stayed in his anchor chair and not gone to the weather wall to go bump liberte.
It looked like she was ready to go out and work on hollywood and vine and here in Riverside University and Market street. * You Executive producers, Producers should of acted like her authority figure instead of being her friend. YOu should had her change her black dress and her Red Christian louboutin/Loupaolos shoes. The director of the Weekend morning show should of had the screen go blank and should of had the Executive Producers, PRoducers should of escorted her off set and had her change her dress asap. I would of had her termination papers ready and had her have 5 minutes to grab her stuff from her desk. Than I would of had security escort liberte to her car and make sure she is off the KTLA lot. If anyone including her wearing these wardrobe and high heel shoes this also includes her black high heel shoes. She is NOT informative when it comes to doing the weather when their is a High wind warning, Fire dangers, Red Flag warnings, Wind Adivsory, Surf Adivsory, High Tide, Rain/aftermath. Even when she reports out in the field on those kind of weather stories or crash sites, accidents, Fire stories, Traffic stories, etc which you get the idea of what I am saying. She just wants to stand pretty in front of the camera. She is lazy and hardly ever interviews anyone and doesn't wanna do her job. All she wants to do is whine, complain to her male and female viewers and her colleagues to get sympathy and gain attention about her eyes when her allergies act up and makes excuses on wanting to wear her eyeglasses.
I have been telling you guys this for a long time for about 3 years or more now she is NOT fit or cut out to be on both morning news shows this includes the KTLA morning weekend edition. I would consider removing liberte as a meteorologist and ban her from making appearances or even volunteering to fill in for any of her colleagues on both morning news shows this includes the weekend morning edition.(NO executive producers, or Producers cannot back her up this includes her work hubby marcus smith.) Oh it's the weekend HR isn't around so I'll wear want I want?

The way she dresses on the weekends like a sl*t wearing short mini plaid skirts, mini skirts, Slit skirts, Slit dresses, alter tops, strapless dresses, tank top dresses, dresses that show cleavage, midift tops, short dresses, off the shoulder dresses, off the shoulder shirts, (New Prada black or brown THunderbolts/lightening bolts high heel shoes), black fluffy high heel shoes, Silver high heel shoes, (red and black Christian Louboutin/Loupaolos high heel shoes, Lineapaoloshoes Brown open toe wedges hope to never see these kind of high heels shoes never be worn on air again and the dresses, shirts, skirts, that I mentioned above). I know that she has worn brown dresses in the past and I thought brown was a forbidden color to wear on air?
I remember when the weekday edition Early and 7am anchors and meteoroglists have said time and time again that Jason doesn't allow anyone to be worn* brown on air. Am I right? I heard it's a Voliation of a rule. Liberte's male perverted viewers make disgusting comments on her instagram page, saying she should pose nude for playboy. IF she wants to pursue a modeling career than liberte needs to leave the station for good and never return for any type of anniversay specials.
I don't see other female meteorologist's don't walk the cat walk or runaway on their weather wall or dress like sl*ts at least they cover up. They dress and act professional and are informative on their weather to their viewers. She should be on your watch prime time hours permanently and her original time slot midday/afternoons on the days she works Friday-Tuesday out in the field. It's really embarassing on someone like her who is a so called meteorolgist shouldn't even be one.
You don't see other female meteorologist dress like sl*t's wear inappropriate wardrobes and high heel shoes and think the weather wall is a catwalk/runaway. You don't see them standing outside their news station across southern california and act like models. I'd make it harder for her to be in front of the camera and behind it. Also, Id make it harder for her to get on any local news station across southern california and also across this country period. As much controversy liberte causes and shouldn't even be in the news industry if she can't take negative feedback or direct criticism from a viewer or a hater's/troll's and those who can't stand her than the news industry isn't for her. No industry is gonna be easy like radio industry,Podcast industry, Entertaiment industry, news industry, Fitness industry, modeling industry. It's the way she dresses and the high heel shoes liberte wears on air. That's the main reason why like viewer's like myself NEVER watches the Weekend Morning Edition of the KTLA morning news. You need to get rid of the Main problem and it's mainly liberte. She needs to dress professional for her job and act professional. Social media isn't for whining or complaining about haters/trolls? And those who can't stand the site of her? You should put a permanent rule out NO venting or complaining about viewers who write in on their social media pages or trying to have the last word? Trying to call their haters or viewers out? Maybe they need to face suspension if they are caught doing it live on social media or on air they also cannot discuss any complaints/controversies. Maybe liberte should ask herself those things before she spits out a picture post on instagram and asks haters/viewers questions. No guy is gonna fall for a yoga, or fitness guru lady who dresses halfnaked on air or off air. All guys in general likes all women covered up and dress professional NOT to dress half naked/sl*tty and try too impress all guys across southern california.
This is the dress they should of made liberte change into a more appropriate wardrobe. IF any of her colleagues and this includes liberte caught wearing this dress again on air they need to face suspension and disciplinary action along with liberte. Maybe she needs think before liberte spit's and posts stuff on social media. She needs to think before she speaks.
