DEMAND AND END TO DOGS FREE RIDING ON TRAILERS AND TRUCKS

It is absolutely disgusting and dispicaple that dogs or any other animals are legally allowed in the state of Texas to be made to ride in the back of pickup trucks and on trailers without being secured in a cage or even secured on a leash. It is dangerous and down right cruel. Absolutely asinine that it is not already illegal. I witnessed a terrified dog jump to its death off of a moving trailer going 80 miles an hour. Stop the death of dogs and other animals by helping make this punishable by law.
