Chickens are remarkable...surprisingly ...intelligent animals with distinct personalities. Most importantly, they feel pain, just like you and me.

Despite this, the more than 700 million chickens killed by KFC each year for its restaurants lead miserable lives and suffer terrifying deaths. They are crammed by the tens of thousands into sheds that stink of ammonia fumes from the accumulated waste, where each bird has about as much space as a standard sheet of paper, and they can never see the light of day or enjoy anything chickens would enjoy in nature.

The birds routinely suffer broken bones from being bred to be too heavy for their own bones, from callous handling (workers roughly grab birds by their legs and stuff them into crates) and from being shackled upside-down at abattoirs. Chickens are often fully conscious as their throats are cut or when they are dunked into tanks of scalding hot water to remove their feathers. When they are killed, chickens are still babies less than 2 months old-though chickens have a natural lifespan of 10 to 15 years. Nonetheless, these babies are just as sensitive to the fear and pain as any other living being.

FOIE GRAS is inhuman causes enourmous suffering and it is a unnecessary luxury absolutely needless, expendable and therefore a selfish luxury for few with lot of money and few heart and soul.

Recently Kate winslet made a small report/doc that shows what sort of horror we are talking about: it was made for PETA and all that is there is nothing but the cruel truth. about time to stop this nonsense. there are lots of food in the market one doesn't have to be grotesque and beastly/brutal to eat. Nobody is going to starve to death without foie gras and the majority of people worldwide: fortunately the majority has good feelings and civility, common sense and good background in terms of education/formation and so the majority of people are against foie gras! so why keep it?! please forbid it today.



Many articles on and outside the web show how smart ducks are and gooses too, an inteligent creature suffers even more (though all suffer), every idiot that says foie gras does not cause suffering is most certainly not a scientist or at least a respectful one! Certainly working for some meat lobby...because any simple test, any simple testemony from owners of ducks and gooses, any simple experiment: serious and impartial, will show that foi gras is shameful, disgraceful and should be forbiden today.
