Petition to ReOpen the Dunkley's Drug Case

if we're opening up old cases that deal with issues that are a threat to our way of life and our population - why not this drug case. drug rings usually involve more than 2 people - yet the two Dunkley's Dairy employees convicted of conspiracy to import close to $3 million worth of marijuana in Dunkley Dairy containers in October 2003, Michael Madeiros, 41 and Steven Flood 39, were the only 2 found guilty

It seems Dunkley’s Dairy allowed Flood to import materials for a his second job, customizing vehicles, in the company containers as a "favour". this favour was what allowed Flood to bring the drug sin.

what a coincidence that a "trusted" employee who is allowed "special privileges" just happens to be importing drugs. why was he allowed this favour? considering bdas drug problem - when it comes to commercial importing - i would think that this area would be more carefully scrutinized especially seeing as the CEO, Michael Dunkley is a govt. officer.

access for non business related importation should have not been allowed as a favour in the first place. what if someone od'd as a result of drugs snuck in because the company was laxed with this favour.

who at Dunkley's Dairy authorized this favour that lead to the drug scandal?
And why?

Flood ordered goods in the US and cannabis was placed in the Dunkley’s container and shipped to Bermuda.

Did no one notice anything wrong here - were Flood and Madeiros master smugglers who knew how to get away with it?

Seeing as Michael Dunkley is so anti-crime it's ironic that his own business was so so lax when it came to his employees finding it seemingly easy to import drugs in the Dunkley container.

WOW - i wonder how these 2 low level employees got so far without being detected. people talk - surely somebody must have heard something at Dunkleys.

drugs are a serious issue with the youth in bermuda. i think we need a royal commission to look into this - to see who knew what and when at Dunkley's - was this the first time drugs came in on a Dunkley shipment? How where these men going to distribute the drugs and launder the money?

we need these questions answered so it doesn't happen again. have any protocols been changed at Dunkley's dairy to prevent drug shipments from happening via their containers again so easily?

We need to reopen this case to see how far it reached. For the sake of our children, please sign.

the parents of bermuda need to no the answers to these questions.
