Kylan Scheele, a Senior at Truman High School, posted his school for sale on Craigslist as a Senior prank. It was meant as a harmless joke, but unfortunately the Independence Missouri School District fails to see the humor and have suspended him for three days, which is the remainder of the school year and have denied him the ability to walk at graduation.
Kylan is able to accept his three-day suspension but feels that the district is overreacting by denying him this once in a lifetime moment to walk with the rest of his Senior class at graduation on Saturday.
A Senior prank is a mark of school spirit. The whole point of the senior prank is to leave a memory, for you, your classes, your teachers, and your community.
