CITIZENS FOR THE REMOVAL OF HON. VINCENT SGUEGLIA

                                                                 
                                                            OVERVIEW

     We the undersigned citizens petition to remove Tioga County, New York Family/Surrogate Court Judge Vincent Sgueglia from judiciary, and to appoint an independent special prosecutor to investigate/prosecute the following allegations:

1.  Violation of New York State Code of Judicial Conduct Section 100.2 (B)

2.  Violation of New York State Code of Judicial Conduct Section 100.3 (4), (5), (8)

3. Violation of New York State Code of Judicial Conduct Section 100.3 (D), (2)

4. Violation of New York State code of Judicial Conduct Section 100.3 (E), (1) a. I, II

5. Violation of United States Constitutional Fourteenth Amendmen


DESCRIPTION OF ALLEGATIONS:

1. Judge Vincent Sgueglia appoints the same attorney to 90% of all low-imcome cases.

2. Judge Vincent Sgueglia knowing allows attorneys to openly display extreme biases and malice towards litigants throughout court proceedings.

3. Judge Vincent Sgueglia displays contempt and bias behavior throughout court proceedings.

4. Judge Vincent Sgueglia abuses his authority on a personal level by use of condescending demeanor.

5. Judge Vincent Sgueglia knowingly suppresses essential evidence.

6. Judge Vincent Sgueglia has presumed the outcome of future court cases where he would be the presiding judge.

7. Judge Vincent Sgueglia willfully deprives litigants of their Fourteenth Amendment Constitutional rights.
