Restore Webcam-Upload Technology On YouTube!

Not every single YouTube user has the fancy equipment to record and upload quality videos on a daily basis without a webcam.

YouTube and Google need to not play favorites with their users—after all, people with television-style camera, greenscreens, and other studio equipment should be able to record and upload videos, too.
