Community storm shelter

We live in a community where there is no storm shelter for our people to go I have contacted fema over 10 times to ask the for help funding one for our kids and elderly only to get turn down multiple times this is to save lives with the growing risk of tornados we are in danger here please sign to help us get a storm shelter so we can have a chance against these storms I live in chicot County in Eudora ar we need help before it's to late
