demand better internet service in our area! FRONTIER!

The only ISP is frontier and I had to sit on the phone for a hour and a half waiting to actually talk to a person.Then another 30 mins talking to the person.The person on the phone told me I disconnect from there service about every 45 mins. I pay 67 dollars a month for 6 megs download speed but never get it. and wifi isn't a thing. The wait on the phone is enough to tell me that something needs to be done. I feel like im getting ripped off and that's unacceptable! The solution might be if im not mistaken there are trees growing out of the hub at the end of our road, might want to look into that?
