Stop the inhumane treatment of Animals of the All American Dog Club!!!!!

I witnessed these precious animals lethargic and motionless. 2-5 Animals in a cage no bigger then an infant crib. They stay in the cages all day long and have "excerise time" in cages the same exact size. They just sat there sleeping and twitching, which makes me believe these animals are drugged!! They are in the middle of the mall were they are subjected to over stimulation and humiliation.
