Petition on hold for now.

I’m in desperate need for someone to help this dog in my neighbourhood that is living in appalling condition, suffering emotional, mental and physical abuse daily and no one will help. We've contacted our local RSPCA multiple times to get him re-homed, but because he isn't a “severe case” they haven’t tried anything to help. For the many years I've lived round this area, the dog has never been allowed in the house. One time while visiting the dog (we call Snowy) I confronted his owner which then said “he doesn't belong in the house” and “I’m allergic”. Socialization with people is crucial to an Akita. It can become aggressive toward strangers without proper socialization throughout their lifetime. Instead, he’s separated from them in the garden where they have caged him off, so he has a tiny space to move around, which is all pure concrete and not a single piece of grass. He eats and defecates in the same place he sleeps. He doesn't even have anything to keep him warm and struggles to find clean areas to defecate as some of his waste is left for days before anyone cleans it, and rarely do they ever take him out for walks, which has lead to his toe nails over growing. An adult Akita is a very active dog, so will need long walks of 30-40 minutes, three times a day. The living condition is no where near as good as it should be for a dog of that breed and size. He has no enjoyment of life, nothing to look forward to or even basic needs and worry he could lose the use of his legs. A breed like that need to run and eat a lot but instead sits all day, everyday. Akita’s need high-quality dog food with meat sources of protein. Adults should get between 3 and 5 cups daily. The most we can do for him is visit him as much as we can when we pass by, its like the highlight of his day. Recently the owners have noticed we visit him. One of the owners friends threaten us to stay away, which then turned into a assault inculcation where she stole my aunts bag and I called the police. I can’t stand for animal cruelty in any condition. Snowy needs a warm loving home with a family who treats him well, to live the rest of his days not alone in pain. Lets speak for those who can't speak.

Im so sorry but I can't carry on with the petition, my aunt got asluted.

Today as we was on our way to my nans house we stopped to feed the dog and a friend of the family came up to us shouting and swearing. After a few minutes, she grabbed my aunt and wouldn't let go. It got so bad I called the police. She took her bag and walked off to the owners house. The police told us just dont feed the dog anymore and we should all stay away from each other.

Im sorry.. I don't know what to do..
