STOP KILLING STRAY CATS AND DOGS IN ROMANIA

Because   the  number  of  the  cats  and  dogs  killed  by   so  called    " Humans  "  are   increasing  day  by  day . Because   these  stray  animals   deserve  to live  in  a  shelter   with  food   and  water   and  then   to  find  a   loving home . Because   in  my  country  people  who  poison   to  death  animals  , who   run  them  over  by  cars   , who  mistreat  them   ,  aren't  punished   ,  they   don't   go  to  jail.   Help  me  doing  something  now  ,  until  is  not  too  late  .
