Punished by the Police, falsely accused for speaking up

On May 31st Eduardo Aradas was apprehended by 3 Collier County Deputies and an Investigator at approximately 9:50pm. Asking where he was at approximately half an hour to an hour before they got there. Eduardo said he was at home and the family confirmed he was there for much longer than an hour. They were there for a little while then concluded that he was home at the time of the crime. My mother offered to show the cameras recordings and they said it wasn't necessary at that time. The Investigator came back to the house and said and I quote "Alright Jacob we have a few questions for you" WHOS IS JACOB? I'll tell you who Jacob Richardson is, he is a two time offender and the last time he was arrested was for BURGLARY and selling the stolen property to a pawn shop. This guy was the one who named Eduardo over the phone without any prove what so ever. To quote him again he said "I'm pretty well satisfied that you've been here all night, so I don't think you have anything to do with it." Fast forward to June 2nd. He was part of one of the Collier County BLM Peaceful Protests and didn't think that not covering his face would land him in Jail. He was front of the line and was even broadcasted on the news. He recorded part of it as well. He had an encounter with the same cop and now on June 12th, He gets arrested for armed robbery and Grand Theft. WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROVE. They took him in without a warrant, Searched the house without a warrant and are now demanding a $60,000 bond.
The day of his arrest, the first thing they asked his mother was "did you know your son was a part of a protest? " she replied, yes I am aware but he did nothing wrong. I myself told the officer "I think we need to see evidence before you take him" he replied "actually what you think does not matter". A video was taken by my mother while my brother was arrested,and in it the officer tells my brother,"you know your not innocent, you might be innocent of this but your not an innocent kid".
THIS IS WRONG!!! WE NEED A LAWYER ASAP, he is in Jail even more exposed to covid19, he is scared, he thought being innocent was enough, but he has no actual chance to speak his truth or show evidence (which we have) until he actually sits in front of a judge. Knowing he is innocent and is going through this for speaking up and walking with the ones who need us now!!!!!! hurts, it makes me feel hopeless for the country I have called a home for over 16 years. Please help us get Eduardo Aradas out of jail and fight this thing which should've never happened. The fight against law enforcement officers and their terrible actions cannot stop, not now, not tomorrow, not ever, not until all of this stops, until they stop killing blacks and browns like they aren't worth living, not until we can all speak up and not get punished for it. Not until than will this country feel peace!!!!!!!
