We need to reach 1,000 signatures to make things moving on. Do not forget what happened one month ago. Responsibles must be judged for their cruel actions.
What happened last week at Copenhagen Zoo is at least twice horrible:
1 - They killed a youg giraffe, Marius, a 18 months old male, sane and robust. There are no justification for such horrible shame.
2- After the assassin, the staff of the Copenhagen Zoo showed to children and mothers how to cut the giraffe body before feeding lions with his parts.
This is really what children and everybody should never see, specially in a Zoo where animals MUST be protected being in captivity.
Now, it is very hard to enter again as visitors with our children , animal and nature lovers, in that deadly place.
I propose to rename the Copenhagen Zoo as the "Marius Zoo". I believe all children and mothers will find this place as something to remember and to love it again, where humans really did great mistakes.
