End police harrassment

Police officer should not be allow to roam the streets looking for people to pull over! We all have enough to deal with! They are just trying to make is worse for us lowclass, middle class or even high class folks. They should only be allowed to come out when they are called up on! Like firefighters and ambulance workers! It would definitely make the world more tolerable of the police force
