H&M, don't buy into occupation!

We the undersigned call upon H&M to take a moral stand on the issue of Israel's human rights abuses and international law violations, and refuse to do business in Israel. 
We are part of an expanding global movement which campaigns for a realization of the human rights of the people of Palestine. We are aware of H&M's corporate responsibility statement, and particularly note your commitment to consider how your operations will affect people. We also note that H&M claims to act by the Global Compact, through which, amongst other things, the company undertakes to make sure their own corporations are not complicit in human rights abuses. By developing business interests in Israel, you are making yourselves complicit in the illegal and immoral practices of the Israeli state. 
Together with people of conscience in Palestine, Israel and all over the world, we urge H&M to take steps to withdraw from all activity in Israel until such time that the country respects international law and the human rights of the Palestinian people.
